Multi-read content a court of thorns and roses summary

This is a book worth reading based on the story of Beauty and the Beast. It is a new variation of an old story mixed with fairy tales. I love creativity and characters! As you might expect from the beginning, Beauty and the Beast follows the story, but the ending offers something new that is both intriguing and intriguing.

what happens insideCourt of Thorns and Roses

Feyre and her family went through a very difficult time. They find themselves ostracized by high society and nearly starving. The foraging business fell into Feyre’s hands. One day, he sees a deer to take down, but to his surprise, a large wolf attacks first. He wonders if he is Fae in his wolf form, but still shoots him with an ash arrow because he hates Fae.

Shortly after, a wolf fairy arrives, claiming a life for a living for the slain wolf, as stated in the treaty. Feyre chose to live with him beyond the wall in Prythian rather than be killed. Tamlin, a wolf fairy, lives in a large and beautiful mansion. He is the Supreme Lord of the Spring Court. There he also meets Tamlin’s friend Lucien. Surprisingly, it wasn’t damaged or even locked up.

All households, including Tamlin, wear masks. Feyre knew they were wearing them because there was a magical situation in the country and the masks were magically tied. They seek a remedy for this difficult situation and fear that one day it will spread to mortal lands. This worried Feyre because her family was unprotected there. He was also worried that they would starve to death without being hunted. Finally, Tamlin said that she was sure they were well taken care of.

While there, he is learning to fill his spare time. It seems that Tamlin is trying to befriend him. He offers to teach her to read and gives her painting supplies, but is reluctant to trust or like her. As time went on, Feyre realized that Tamlin and Lucien weren’t telling him the whole story about Prythian’s plight. To get an answer, he catches up with a lowly Fae-type Suriel who is forced to tell the truth. He shared that the fairy kingdom of Hybern, ruled by an evil and powerful king, hates dealings with humans. A hundred years ago, he sent his own Fae to spy and infiltrate other High Fae courts. Then fifty years ago one of his commanders disobeyed him. Before she could say more, Feyre was attacked and Tamlin came to her rescue. The two later started a truce.

Strange “warnings” started happening. For example, a dead summer palace fairy was found with her wings cut off. “He took them,” he said. Feyre overheard more and more talk about “her.” He later discovered that they were referring to Amarantha, the self-proclaimed queen of the Prythian.

Soon there will be a celebration of the summer solstice. Feyre and Tamlin sneak into an area where they kiss. The next day, Rhysand, the High Lord of the Handsome Night Palace, appeared and discovered Feyre there. He was known to be close to the Queen. Tamlin begs Amarantha not to mention Feyre. He made threats and made no promises. Feyre lies and tells him her name is Clare Beddor. After that, Tamlin decided to bring Feyre back to her home, the human realm. But that must have been after our last intimate night together.

When he returns home, he finds his family more than taken care of, a huge house and more. Weeks passed and another mansion burned down. It was Clare Beddor’s last name, the nickname she gave Rhysand. Feyre decided to go back because she knew everything had gone terribly wrong at Spring Court.

When he returned, he found that the mansion had been looted and was almost empty. Only Alice, a maid, remained there. He tells Feyre about Queen Amarantha. The Queen came as a messenger from Hybern 100 years ago. Clythia fought a life and death battle with her sister, Clythia, until she eventually fell in love with a fearsome Jurian who betrayed Clythia. Amarantha has hated humans ever since. She comes without the king’s permission and wants to usurp Prythian herself. Fae was his slave for 49 years after stealing some of his powers. Feyre might have finished it all, she said. A curse was placed on Tamlin after she refused to be Amarantha’s lover and wife. She must find a human girl who kills a Fae out of her hatred and then makes him fall in love with her. Not all of Spring Court could magically say that to Feyre. Feyre loved him… but she never told him.

Feyre asks Alice to take her to Amarantha so she can save Tamlin. Alice told him she had something else she wanted to say, but she miraculously closed her mouth. Feyre was immediately found and taken to Amarantha. Tamlin pretends not to know him. Feyre had to make a deal with the Queen. He has to complete three quests, once a month, and if he finishes Tamlin, all Fae Courts will be free. Or they could solve a puzzle at any time and never be free.

He completes the first mission, but his arm is severely injured and infected. Rhysand heals him, but Rhysand is forced to make a deal with him. After this is over, she has to spend the rest of her life with him one week a month. He got a tattoo on his arm and marked their agreement. Later, Rhysand forces her to accompany Feyre to parties to show off in front of Tamlin, who is not even allowed to visit.

His second task is to solve a puzzle to save himself and Lucien, but he can’t read. Rhysand can help him with his eye tattooed on his palm. He later admitted to her that he wanted to get rid of Amarantha and hoped she would win, and Tamlin smashed him to pieces.

The third mission is to kill three innocent Fae just for him. They come out with their heads covered, and it’s tough, but it kills the first two. Three lives to free all Fae, he told himself. But when they took the head of the third innocent Fae, it was Tamlin. He doesn’t know what to do until he starts to remember all the times Tamlin let him eavesdrop. He correctly guessed that she had a heart of stone (this was Alice’s last secret she couldn’t reveal) and thrust the dagger into her chest. Amarantha suffered a relapse as she slowly recovered. She said she did not say when she would release them and refused to do so. He begins to magically break Feyre’s bones. Feyre managed to solve the puzzle the queen had given her while she was in pain. As stated in this agreement, the entire Spring Court will be released immediately.

How Court of Thorns and Rosesend?

Tamlin attacked and killed Amarantha, but she broke Ferye’s neck and died. Feyre’s spirit has managed to keep an eye on everything that happens in Rhysand because of their relationship. When Tamlin embraces her, all High Feas provide magic and Feyre becomes an immortal High Fae.

The mountain was destroyed, but Feyre felt like there was a hole in her soul because of the innocent Fae she had killed. He is still attached to Rhysand and will have to spend time in the Night Palace as promised. He, Tamlin, and the rest of Spring Court are going home.
