The movie begins in a filthy office when a marriage counselor (Candice Coke) gives advice to a young couple, Bradley (Zach Sale) and Lisa (Andrea Moore). After the husband left the room, reluctant to participate, the marriage counselor noticed a change in his wife’s demeanor. The marriage counselor may say that he met someone else and decided to tell him the story of his sister Judith.

Then we go back in time when Judith and childhood sweetheart Brice grew up together as soul mates over the years. The two later married and movedWashington DC.to start their own lives together.

Judith (Jurnee Smollett-Bell) became a therapist working at a matchmaking company owned by Janice (Vanessa Williams) while Brice (Spear Gross) worked as a pharmacist. Brice meets another employee at work, Melinda (Brandy). Melinda revealed that she ran away from her abusive ex-boyfriend.

Judith is dissatisfied with her job and is dying to start her own marriage counseling business, but Brice tells her to wait until she’s more financially stable. Brice decides to take Judith to the “$5.99 buffet” dinner. Judith is angered when she refuses to confront a group of men who caught Brice on her way home from dinner.

Judith meets Harley (Robbie Jones) Request. Harley, a wealthy Internet entrepreneur looking to invest in Janice’s business, tries to seduce Judith, who works late on matchmaking investigations. When Harley questioned not having sex in the polls, Judith said she didn’t believe in premarital sex. Harley says Judith’s sex life is boring. Judith, currently questioning her sex life with Brice, tries to heal him but fails.

Judith changed her hair and makeup for her birthday, and Brice didn’t notice the change or remember her birthday. At work, Judith receives flowers she believes are from Brice. Harley shows up and notices the change in her appearance – the flowers are actually from her. Harley claims that she is ready to do anything to be by her side and wants a sexual relationship. At home, Judith left a cake with a candle on the counter. Realizing his mistake, Brice danced and sang for him in a cowboy costume. Two people do it.

Janice sends Judith to New Orleans with Harley to finalize the deal with the shareholders and tells her to date Harley but also be careful. Judith’s colleague Ava (Kim Kardashian), putting makeup on Judith. In New Orleans, Judith and Harley sign a business deal and go dancing and traveling. On the way home, Judith and Sarah’s mother had an argument, which resulted in Sarah slapping Judith and leaving. Judith refuses to talk to Brice about her arguments and takes a shower. Brice has dinner with Melinda. He announced that he had signed a contractHIVFrom her ex, who turned out to be Harley. Brice breaks into Melinda and Harley’s house and finds Judith in the bathroom covered in blood and bruises. After loading Judith into his truck, Brice returned home and began hitting Harley until she was stopped by Melinda. When Harley regained consciousness, she called Melinda, whose real name is Karen. Brice threatens him to stay away from both Karen and Judith, and they leave her lying on the floor beaten and still unconscious.
